Job summary

Well Pharmacy seeks an Operations Implementation Manager to deliver improvements across a nationwide network of over 650 locations. The role bridges the gap between the Support Centre and field operations, driving operational projects aligned to a 5-year plan.

You will spend about 3 days per week in pharmacies, identifying opportunities, improving processes, and supporting delivery with strong analytical and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting operational improvement projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to write clear processes and operational documentation.
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience within retail, pharmacy, healthcare, or multi-site operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-the-ground operational representative across pharmacy locations.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements within pharmacies.
• Take ownership of project delivery support, validation and testing activities, and process creation and documentation.
• Build strong working relationships with field teams and maintain consistent engagement.
• Support stock management processes and resolve discrepancies with Retail Assets Solutions.
• Drive initiatives to reduce stock levels and improve operational control.
