Description of the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position for a non-pharmacist pharmacy manager in Gloucester. The pharmacy manager will be in charge of managing pharmacy technicians, supervising daily operations, making sure that pharmacy policies and procedures are followed, managing prescription processing, and organising immunisation services. To maintain excellent client service, the pharmacy manager will make sure that every work is completed quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

We will evaluate candidates without these credentials, but please be aware that this position is best suited for Pharmacy Technicians (NVQ level 3).

Experience supervising pharmacy operations and managing pharmacy technicians Experience in arranging immunisation services and familiarity with pharmacy procedures and prescription processing Excellent leadership and organising abilities Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities Working both independently and collaboratively is a bonus, as is prior experience incorporating technology into pharmacy operations. Certifications or credentials that are pertinent to pharmacy management or related fields
