Independent Community Pharmacy in Hertfordshire is seeking a Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager for an exciting opportunity in their store.

Job Summary

An exciting opportunity for a UK-qualified Pharmacist to join an excellent Community Pharmacy as a Pharmacist Manager.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, ambitious to succeed, and committed to maintaining our high professional standards.

You will play a key role in our pharmacy, balancing commercial and professional responsibilities while focusing on our customers and their needs.

Key Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy.
• Drive all pharmacy services, including Flu Jabs, Minor Ailments, NMS, and Quality Payments.
• Manage pharmacy staff and inventory.
• Communicate effectively with patients and manage staff.

Package and Benefits

• £25.00 to £25.50 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
• Minimum of 41 hours per week.
• Support for IP and developing business skills and knowledge.
• Training support for services if needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Registered with GPhC and compliant with pharmacy practice standards.
• Maintain a CPD record reflecting personal training needs and current developments.
