Job Description:

Independent Community Pharmacy in Hertfordshire is seeking a Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager for an exciting opportunity in their store.

Job Summary

An excellent opportunity for a UK-qualified Pharmacist to join a community pharmacy as a Pharmacist Manager.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, ambitious, and committed to maintaining high professional standards.

You will play a key role in our pharmacy, balancing commercial and professional responsibilities while focusing on customer needs.

Key Duties

• Overseeing daily pharmacy operations.
• Driving services such as Flu Jab, Minor Ailments, NMS, Quality Payments, etc.
• Managing pharmacy staff and inventory.
• Communicating effectively with patients and employees.

Package and Benefits

• £25.00 to £25.50 per hour, based on experience and performance.
• Minimum of 41 hours per week.
• Support for IP and business skill development.
• Training support for services if needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Registered with GPhC and compliant with pharmacy standards.
• Maintaining a CPD record reflecting personal training needs and current developments.
• Attention to detail and high concentration levels.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong teamwork abilities.
• Management experience and experience with NHS and private services preferred.
