Job Summary

If so, this is the opportunity for you! This client, based in Edinburgh, understands that their Pharmacy Managers and Pharmacists are at the heart of their business, and that building sustainable and capable teams will ensure longevity and enhanced job satisfaction.

- Develop: IP support and training offered to all pharmacists not already IP qualified

- Very generous IP supplement for those already IP qualified IN ADDITION to the advertised basic salary

- If your goal is to help promote more private services, you will be given the opportunity to train in any area you wish to develop in.

Key Duties

- You will be key to supporting the development of our teams and the delivery of GPhC standards of practice.

- If you are a people-person, look no further!

- The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Pharmacy Manager and feel confident in all aspects of line management and Pharmacy Manager duties.

Package and Benefits

- Salary from £71,630 (non-IP) to £79,040 (IP) BASIC annual salary

- Generous IP supplement in addition to basic salary

- Full 5 weeks holiday + Bank Holidays

- Bonuses available in addition to basic salary (to be discussed)

Key Skills and Qualifications

- MUST be a registered Pharmacist with the GPhC

- MUST have knowledge of the Scottish Pharmacy Contract
