Summary

NHS Jobs is currently seeking a dynamic Pharmacy Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of Pharmacy services provided by KFM across all sites. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the adherence to Good Distribution Practice regulations, contributing to the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System.

Responsibilities
  • Generate month-end Pharmacy service financial reports and collaborate with finance colleagues to ensure timely and accurate payment and financial flow.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice regulations at all times.
  • Develop and maintain the Quality Management System.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Effectively communicate across professional boundaries.
  • Influence others without direct management control.
  • Demonstrate initiative and prioritize tasks effectively with good time management.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Exhibit leadership, vision, enthusiasm, and innovation.
Qualifications
  • Registration as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Postgraduate management qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in an Independent Community Pharmacy Management role.
  • Extensive experience as a qualified pharmacist in various settings and roles, including senior-level management.
  • Proven experience in developing a business or organization, including staff development.
  • High degree of self-motivation with the ability to organize and prioritize work.
