Job summary

Tesco Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Manager to lead and develop the store pharmacy team, deliver NHS and Private services, and provide expert healthcare advice to customers. You will coordinate staff rotas and training to ensure seamless service while complying with GPhC standards and DBS requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Pharmacy Degree and be registered with the GPhC.
• Willing to join PVG Scheme.
• Willing to undergo a DBS check before employment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team in a busy pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Supply prescriptions and deliver NHS and Private services.
• Provide healthcare advice to customers.
• Lead, train, and develop colleagues.
• Ensure pharmacy staff are available to meet customer needs using a planning system.
