Tesco Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a team, oversee services, and support patient care across our store pharmacy. You’ll work with a wider store team to ensure safe, compliant and high-quality service to customers and patients daily.

The role emphasises leadership, people development, and flexibility to meet community needs while maintaining safety and consistent service levels.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree is required to practice as a manager.
• GPhC registration is mandatory and PVG scheme eligibility should be considered.
• DBS check is arranged by Tesco before employment.

Responsibilities

• Supply prescriptions and deliver NHS and private services with patient health in mind.
• Lead, train and develop colleagues in a busy pharmacy environment.
• Use planning systems to ensure staff are available to meet customers’ needs.
