Deans Pharmacy is seeking a high-performing, outstanding candidate to manage our pharmacy in Wishaw.

The pharmacy is currently one of the busiest in Scotland, benefiting from robotic dispensing, a 24-hour collection point, and dosettes prepared off-site in our MDS hub.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of leading pharmacy teams and delivering excellent patient care.

Strong leadership skills, a passion for team development, and a commitment to patient care are essential.

The ideal candidate will be business-minded, with an interest in growing both NHS and private pharmacy services.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.

An Independent Prescriber qualification would be desirable; we are willing to support candidates working towards this qualification.
