We are looking for a confident and experienced pharmacist ready to take the lead in a forward-thinking community pharmacy. As Pharmacy Manager, you will:
Lead, develop, and motivate a well-structured team including ACTs, dispensers, counter staff, apprentices, driver, and trainee pharmacists.
Oversee and support an ACT Dispensary Manager and ACT Care Home/Contracts Manager who manage their respective domains independently.
Be the Designated Supervisor for pharmacy trainees and oversee staff development.
Drive clinical service delivery and innovation across NHS and private services, including PGDs.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with local GP practices and wider healthcare teams.
Manage all aspects of daily pharmacy operations, including compliance, stock control, appointments, and service delivery.
Uphold outstanding standards in patient safety, care and customer service.
Contribute to strategic planning, digital innovation, and service development.
(IP qualification preferred; support available to achieve this if not yet obtained.)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional leadership and operational oversight of the pharmacy
Promote and deliver enhanced and advanced services to NHS and private patients
Engage with external partners across hospice, justice and intermediate care sectors
Develop and expand clinical services, including PGD delivery and vaccination clinics
Mentor and support trainees and staff in a structured learning environment
Use digital tools and automation to enhance workflow efficiency
Drive continuous improvement in patient care, safety, and clinical outcomes
Ensure full regulatory compliance and maintain highest professional standards
