About the role:

Pulse has recently partnered with one of the UK’s specialist providers of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee clinical leadership at our Helston location, which is easily accessible via public transport.

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will:

  • Support pharmacists, deliver high-quality services to customers, and foster community engagement, impacting hundreds of lives daily.
  • Work full-time (36 hours/week) or part-time (30 hours/week).

Main responsibilities:
  • Supply prescriptions, deliver NHS and private services, and provide healthcare advice
  • Participate in community charity programs supporting those at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes
  • Lead, train, and develop staff
  • Build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs
  • Ensure accurate NHS payment claims
  • Use planning systems to ensure adequate staffing levels
Candidate requirements:
  • Pharmacy Degree
  • Passion for team leadership and empowerment
  • GPhC registration
