Director and Superintendent Pharmacist at Sirchem Ltd.

As Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pharmacy’s day-to-day operations, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and play a vital role in shaping the future growth of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the pharmacy team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service

Deliver and expand NHS and private services (e.g. Pharmacy First, flu vaccinations, blood pressure checks, contraception)

Maintain full GPhC compliance and uphold professional standards

Monitor performance and drive operational efficiency

Support and develop team members

Work closely with the business owner to implement new ideas and grow the business

What We’re Looking For:

• GPhC-registered pharmacist
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred
• Business-minded and motivated to help grow the pharmacy
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Flexible, organised, and committed to patient care
