A leading company in the educational sector is seeking a Pharmacy IQA responsible for the quality assurance and delivery of training programs. This remote role involves managing a team, ensuring high standards in coaching and assessment, and maintaining strong relationships with learners and clients. REMOTE ROLE, ACCEPTING APPLICANTS NATIONWIDE
As Pharmacy IQA, you will be responsible for the delivery and quality assurance of all programmes delivered. Managing a team of trainers and implementing high-quality coaching and assessment strategies whilst also adhering to quality assurance processes that validate the quality of induction, progress delivery and EPA support.
