Job summary

Hims & Hers Ontario Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Fulfillment Associate to join the North York operations team. You will support day-to-day fulfillment by receiving, inspecting, and organizing inventory, and by picking, packing, and preparing patient orders for shipment with high accuracy.

Qualifications

Experience in order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, or warehouse operations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and inventory.
Pick, pack, and prepare patient orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
Maintain organized inventory and warehouse storage areas.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently while meeting established service levels.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow established pharmacy procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
Support the team with general warehouse and operational tasks as needed.
