Job summary

Tesco Pharmacy is seeking a Duty Pharmacy Manager to lead a team, deliver NHS and private services, and provide excellent customer care in a fast-paced community setting. The role emphasises patient safety, team development, and strong links with local primary care networks.

You will lead by example, help train staff, and support the Pharmacy Manager to ensure high service standards while maintaining compliance and safety across all duties.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree is required.
• Be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willing to join PVG scheme.
• DBS check will be organised before employment.

Responsibilities

• Supply prescriptions and deliver NHS and Private services with healthcare advice.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager to lead, train and develop colleagues.
• Build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GP surgeries.
• Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS items.
