We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

Job Title: Pharmacy Dispenser (Band 3)

Location: West Midlands (near Warwickshire) - NHS Hospital Outpatients

Duration: 2–3 months (with potential for extension)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:15pm (45-minute lunch)

End Date: Ongoing

Rate of Pay: £15 – £17 per hour DOE (via Umbrella)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our client's team as a Pharmacy Dispenser and play a key role in supporting the outpatient hospital pharmacy service. In this role, you will:

Accurately dispense medications to outpatients in line with NHS protocols

Provide support to pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team

Deliver excellent customer service and patient care

Manage stock and ensure efficient workflow in the dispensary

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent)

Previous hospital or community pharmacy experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

A commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a full-time locum position, Monday to Friday. The role is initially for 2–3 months with the possibility of extension based on service needs.
