Tesco Pharmacy in Warrington is hiring a Pharmacy Dispenser to support the daily operation of a modern Tesco Pharmacy team. You will dispense prescription medicines with careful attention to detail and deliver friendly, confident advice on medicines and services.

The role focuses on customer care, accurate prescription handling, and contributing to store promotions, with a flexible hours pattern to fit a minimum of 16 hours weekly. A positive, team-focused approach is essential.

• Accurately dispense prescription medicines with strong attention to detail and customer care.

• Understanding customer needs and recommend suitable products responsibly.
• Handle queries within competence and elevate when needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with all SOPs.
• Ensure all prescription administration is completed accurately and on time.

Tesco Pharmacy Dispenser pay starts at £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

You will need

• The initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether you're supporting them with over-the-counter product guidance, helping with prescription queries, or knowing when to refer them to the pharmacist for expert advice.
• A positive, team focused approach, communicating openly, working well with colleagues across the store, having fun, and celebrating success together.

Experience and qualifications

• Experience or qualifications gained from working in a Pharmacy environment.
• A desire to train and develop into the Pharmacy field
