Job summary

Tesco Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Dispenser in-store to join a busy team in the UK. You’ll dispense prescriptions, give friendly product advice and support daily pharmacy operations with care and accuracy.

• Support the daily operation of a modern Tesco Pharmacy as part of a collaborative team.
• Accurately dispense prescription medicines with strong attention to detail and customer care.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Handle queries and escalate when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and SOP compliance.
• Ensure prescription administration is completed accurately and on time.

Tesco Pharmacy Dispenser pay starts at £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

The ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and reassured, having had a great experience at the Pharmacy counter.

The initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether you're supporting them with over-the-counter product guidance, helping with prescription queries, or knowing when to refer them to the pharmacist for expert advice.
