Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy in Blantyre (Glasgow Area) is seeking a Trainee Healthcare Partner (Pharmacy Dispenser) to join our branch team. You will learn to support pharmacy services, interact with customers and healthcare professionals, and develop skills through ongoing training.

The role is 40 hours per week with progression opportunities. Salary starts at £12.82 per hour; full training will be provided to achieve the necessary qualifications.

Qualifications

• Will need to learn and develop as a pharmacy dispenser.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle medicines accurately and safely.
• Respect confidentiality and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services where appropriate.
• Engage with customers, patients and healthcare professionals in branch.
• Participate in branch processes and uphold Rowlands Pharmacy standards.
• Act as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy within the community.
