Job summary

Phoenix Group is hiring a Trainee Healthcare Partner (Pharmacy Dispenser) to support patients in our branch. The role is part-time (24 hours) on a fixed-term contract of 12 months, with a shift pattern across weekdays and Saturdays. Starting pay is £12.82 per hour, with training to achieve healthcare qualifications.

You will help with pharmacy services, engage with customers, and learn in a collaborative, patient-centred environment at our Rowlands Pharmacy location.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and participate in branch processes.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment is desirable.
• Ability to handle medicines accurately and confidential information.
• Training opportunities to gain recognised qualifications will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of pharmacy services where appropriate.
• Be an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy serving the community.
• Interact with customers daily and support colleagues in the branch.
