Pharmacy Technician / ACT - Deysbrook Pharmacy
*Hours: 38-40 hours per week (shift basis)
*Shift Times: Monday to Friday, 8 am-6:30 pm - 1 Saturday per month 9 am -12.30 pm

Deysbrook Pharmacy is looking for a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Technician orACTto join our team. Key Responsibilities:

*Accurately label, dispense, and endorse prescriptions following our standard operating procedures.
*Ensure safe supply and proper storage of medicines.
*Manage stock levels and place orders efficiently, adhering to company procedures.
*Create and update patient medication records while maintaining confidentiality.
*Assist in preparing monitored dosage systems for patients with multiple medications.
*Verify endorsements and patient declarations on prescriptions to ensure maximum reimbursement.
*Process invoices and associated paperwork promptly.
*Maintain a clean and organised dispensary, adhering to necessary housekeeping duties.
*Work as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support overall business goals.

Requirements:

*NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Pharmacy Services (equivalent qualification in Pharmacy Dispensing).
*Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a community pharmacy, preferably a medical centre environment
*Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
*Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
*Basic IT skills, with training provided on internal systems.
*Professional demeanour and practical communication skills, both written and verbal.
