Tesco Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Dispenser in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on accurately dispensing prescriptions, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting daily pharmacy operations within a friendly store environment.

Starting pay is £13.70/hour, rising to £14.97/hour in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week. The job offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow within the Tesco Pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• Experience or qualifications gained from working in a Pharmacy environment.
• Desire to train and develop into the Pharmacy field.
• Passion for delivering great service, greeting every customer with a smile, and serving them with pride while helping them find the right products and solutions.
• Ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and reassured.
• Initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether you’re supporting them with over-the-counter product guidance or prescription queries, or referring to the pharmacist when needed.
• Positive, team-focused approach, communicating openly and working well with colleagues across the store.

• Handle queries within competence and elevate when needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure all prescription administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Support promotional activities and company initiatives.

You will need

• A positive, team focused approach, communicating openly, working well with colleagues across the store, having fun, and celebrating success together.
