Job summary

Boots Group in the UK is seeking a Dispenser to support pharmacists in-store, dispensing prescriptions and advising patients to ensure safe and effective pharmacy services.

Working in the store's healthcare department, you will build relationships with customers, greet patients, provide medicines information, and follow SOPs to ensure compliant dispensing. A NVQ2 Pharmacy Advisor or first-year MPharm is required, with UK right to work.

Qualifications

• Completed the Pharmacy Advisor qualification NVQ2 (or equivalent) or are currently working towards and have completed the first year of an MPharm qualification.
• Current and valid UK right to work; visa sponsorship not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Prescription dispensing while ensuring the safe supply of medicines.
• Work with healthcare professionals to deliver pharmacy services in-store.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines and refer queries to the Pharmacist when needed.
• Follow SOPs to support safe and legal dispensing of prescriptions.
