Job summary

Tesco Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Dispenser to support the daily operation of a modern Tesco Pharmacy as part of a collaborative team.

You will accurately dispense medicines with strong attention to detail, provide friendly advice on medicines and services, and help customers find suitable products. The role emphasizes patient care, compliance with SOPs, and promotional support.

Tesco Pharmacy Dispenser pay starts at �13.70 per hour, rising to �14.97 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

The ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and reassured, having had a great experience at the Pharmacy counter.

The initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether you’re supporting them with over-the-counter product guidance, helping with prescription queries, or knowing when to refer them to the pharmacist for expert advice.

A positive, team focused approach, communicating openly, working well with colleagues across the store, having fun, and celebrating success together.
