Job summary

Tesco Pharmacy is recruiting a Pharmacy Dispenser in the UK to join a friendly, patient‑focussed team. You will support the daily operation of a modern Tesco Pharmacy, accurately dispensing medicines and delivering confident, helpful customer service.

The role emphasises attention to detail, knowledge of pharmacy services, and a commitment to compliant practice. Shifts are scheduled within available windows, with a minimum of 16 hours per week and flexible personal conversation about hours.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the daily operation of a modern Tesco Pharmacy as part of a collaborative team.
• Accurately dispense prescription medicines with strong attention to detail and customer care.
• Providing friendly, confident advice to customers on medicines, common ailments, and available pharmacy services.
• Understanding customer needs and recommend suitable products responsibly.
• Handle queries within competence and elevate when needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure all prescription administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Support promotional activities and company initiatives.

Tesco Pharmacy Dispenser pay starts at �13.70 per hour, rising to �14.97 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks� notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we�re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
