Job summary

Healthxchange is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Dispenser at our Nuneaton distribution centre to support the smooth operation of our new pharmacy. You will ensure accurate dispensing and efficient handling, storage and distribution of aesthetic and pharmaceutical products as part of a high-performing team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming product shipments.
• Ensure all items match the accompanying documentation.
• Report discrepancies or damages to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Safely and securely store pharmaceutical products in designated areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems.
• Monitor expiration dates and ensure proper rotation of stock.
• Accurately pick and pack orders for delivery to various locations.
• Prepare pharmaceutical products for shipment in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular quality checks on stored and shipped products.
• Follow SOPs to maintain product integrity.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Follow proper procedures for handling hazardous materials.
• Work closely with other team members to coordinate workflow.
• Communicate effectively with pharmacists, delivery personnel and other relevant stakeholders.
