Pay and Hours

Our Pharmacy Dispenser rate of pay starts from £12.87 an hour; this increases to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we have opportunities for this too.

We aim to schedule your contracted hours within the availability windows, with 3 weeks’ notice of shifts. We are flexible and open to matching your availability closely, even if not exact.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will focus on delivering excellent service and patient care. Tasks include dispensing medicines, helping with new medicines, providing vaccinations, reviewing medicine use, and checking blood pressure or blood glucose levels. Our goal is to support communities by making healthcare accessible and convenient.

You will work alongside experienced Pharmacists and managers, receiving local support and leadership. Our management team offers diverse backgrounds, providing opportunities to learn and grow.
