Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of Tesco Pharmacy as part of a team.
• Accurately dispense prescription medicines with care and accuracy.
• Provide friendly, confident advice to customers on medicines and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Handle queries and escalate when needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and SOP compliance.
• Ensure all prescription administration is completed on time.
• Support promotional activities and company initiatives.
• Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive service experience.
