Job summary

Tesco Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Dispenser to join a collaborative team in-store. You will accurately dispense prescriptions, offer clear customer guidance on medicines and pharmacy services, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance.

Starting pay is £13.70 per hour, increasing to £14.97 in stores within the M25, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week. The role supports flexible scheduling and development within the Pharmacy field.

Qualifications

• Experience or qualifications gained from working in a Pharmacy environment.
• A desire to train and develop into the Pharmacy field.
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting every customer with a smile, and serving them with pride.
• The ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident and reassured.
• The initiative to make the right decisions for customers and refer to the pharmacist when needed.
• A positive, team focused approach and open communication with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescription medicines with strong attention to detail and customer care.
• Provide friendly, confident advice to customers on medicines and pharmacy services.
• Handle queries within competence and escalate when needed.
