Pay and Hours

Our Pharmacy Dispenser rate of pay starts from £12.87 an hour; this increases to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to support flexible working arrangements based on your availability.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality healthcare services such as dispensing medicines, providing vaccinations, reviewing medication use, and conducting health checks like blood pressure and blood glucose testing. You will support our communities by making healthcare accessible and convenient.

Working alongside experienced Pharmacists and managers, you will receive local management and leadership support. Our management team comes from diverse backgrounds, providing excellent learning opportunities.
