Job summary

Tesco Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Dispenser to join our store team in the United Kingdom. You will accurately dispense prescriptions, advise customers with confidence, and deliver friendly service while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

We offer flexible hours with a minimum of 16 hours per week and starting pay at £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments; apply today to join a supportive, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Experience or qualifications gained from working in a Pharmacy environment.
• Desire to train and develop into the Pharmacy field.
• A passion for delivering great service with a smile and helping customers.
• Ability to build rapport quickly to ensure customers leave confident and supported.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of a modern Tesco Pharmacy as part of a collaborative team.
• Accurately dispense prescription medicines with strong attention to detail and customer care.
• Provide friendly, confident advice to customers on medicines, common ailments and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products responsibly.
• Handle queries within competence and escalate when needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and SOP compliance.
• Ensure all prescription administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Support promotional activities and company initiatives.
