Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Partner to join our community-focused team in the Ferring area near Worthing. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality pharmacy services, building relationships with customers and healthcare professionals, and promoting patient wellbeing.

The ideal candidate holds an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent) and a Medicine Counter Assistant qualification, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and accurate medication handling.

Qualifications

• Evidence of qualifications will be required for the successful candidate.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment with confidentiality awareness.

To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate.

Additionally, we are looking for candidates with experience working in a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to handle medications accurately.
