We are seeking Dispensers to join our busy Dispensary team, providing professional services to clients, patients, and healthcare providers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Follow and promote relevant SOPs, company policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety.
• Label and dispense prescriptions accurately and promptly, respecting patient confidentiality and data protection protocols.
• Take accountability for work practices, seek feedback, and implement suggestions to improve performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the dispensary.
• Read and comply with all communications from head office and other relevant parties to ensure necessary actions are taken.
• Perform any reasonable requests given by authorized personnel.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by providing suggestions to the appropriate persons.
• Support other departments as needed, especially during busy periods.
• Align daily tasks with the company's strategic objectives.
• Maintain high-quality standards and adhere to HealthNet's procedures and policies.
• Engage in professional development and attend mandatory training.
• Represent the company positively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Comply with HR policies and health and safety regulations.
• Work flexibly and efficiently to meet customer needs while maintaining professionalism.

Experience and Skills:

• Previous pharmacy experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications:

• NVQ or equivalent in dispensing services is desirable but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
• Ability to work efficiently, respecting patient confidentiality and data protection protocols.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy.
