Rowlands Pharmacy in Luton is seeking a casual Healthcare Partner to support holiday and sickness cover. You will participate in branch processes, help deliver pharmacy services, and build relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.

The role requires NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent and MCA qualification, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and accuracy handling medications. Previous customer service experience is beneficial.

To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate.

Additionally, we are looking for candidates with experience working in a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to handle medications accurately.
