Job Title: Pharmacist

Location: Midlands, UK

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Shift-Based)

Salary: Competitive hourly rate (PAYE / Umbrella)

Reports To: Pharmacy Manager / Superintendent Pharmacist

About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and professional Pharmacy Dispensers and Pharmacists to join our team in the West Midlands. This role offers a structured shift pattern and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the local community through high-quality pharmacy services.

Shift Pattern:

  1. Hours: 09:00 – 21:00 (12-hour shifts)
  2. Part Time: Regular flexible days, minimum 1 day per week
  3. Full Time: Up to 4 days on, 4 days off rotation

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure safe, effective, and legal dispensing of medications
  2. Deliver clinical services (e.g., MURs, NMS, vaccinations)
  3. Lead and support the pharmacy team during shifts
  4. Maintain GPhC compliance and uphold professional standards
  5. Engage with patients and healthcare providers to promote health

Requirements:

  1. GPhC registered with a valid license to practice in the UK
  2. MPharm degree (or equivalent)
  3. Confident in leading a team and delivering clinical services
  4. Experience in community pharmacy preferred
