Job description

Are you a passionate and dedicated pharmacy professional looking to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team? Look no further! Our pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join us as a Healthcare Partner. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients while advancing your career and expanding your skillset.

Responsibilities:
  1. Participating in all branch processes
  2. Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
  3. Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services
  4. Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis
Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Additionally, we are looking for candidates with:

  1. Experience working in a customer-focused environment
  2. A strong understanding of confidentiality
  3. The ability to handle medications accurately
