Livevacancies is recruiting for a Clinic Logistics Assistant in Runcorn, a role focused on packing, labelling, and dispatching weight loss medication orders. You will work closely with pharmacy and customer service to ensure timely deliveries and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, dispatch, or fulfilment operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work accurately under daily volume pressure.
• Experience with inventory or order management systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of courier management and shipment tracking systems.
• Understanding of stock control and inventory processes.
• Experience supporting e-commerce or distance-selling operations.

Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare weight loss medication orders for dispatch.
• Ensure all shipments are accurately labelled and packaged per procedures.
• Coordinate daily courier collections and monitor deliveries.
• Receive, unpack, and organise stock deliveries.
• Support stock control, including stock counts and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders and inventory movements.
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues, delays, and tracking queries.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse and packing environment.
• Liaise with pharmacy and customer service teams on order status.
• Follow all SOPs, health and safety requirements, and data protection regulations.
