Level 6, $92,964 - $100,603 p.a., plus up to 17% employer superannuation

Full-time, fixed-term appointment for three years

The Opportunity

Join UniSC Clinical Trials as a Pharmacy Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring the safe and compliant management of Investigational Products (IP). In this key position, you will oversee all IP-related activities, ensuring strict adherence to ICH / GCP guidelines, HREC-approved protocols, UniSC CTC Standard Operating Procedures, and all relevant regulations. Your expertise will help drive the success of cutting-edge clinical research while upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance. You will

  1. Support the Pharmacy Manager with the management, storage, and dispensing of Investigational Products (IP) within the UniSC Clinical Trials (UniSC CT) Pharmacy, in accordance with HREC-approved protocols, the Pharmacy manual, and other applicable guidelines and policies.
  2. Work collaboratively with the UniSC CT team, sponsors, and monitors to ensure appropriate and timely management of all activities related to Investigational Products.

With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you build strong relationships and foster collaboration. Your commitment to quality and keen attention to detail ensures that you deliver exceptional results. Whether working independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team, you thrive in dynamic settings and consistently contribute to team success.

You will possess

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with clinical research experience (preferred, but not essential).
  • Current registration as a Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
  • Good working knowledge of clinical research, ICH-GCP, and the basics of drug development (preferred, but not essential).
  • Well-developed computing skills, including databases, electronic data entry, word processing, and spreadsheets.
