About the Role

To be employed in this role you must pass an enhanced safeguarding check.

Our stores operate 24/7, with various shift patterns. Weekend work is required, and flexibility with your work pattern may be needed.

Our in-store Pharmacies are popular, and staff should provide friendly, confident assistance with personal health issues, resolving customer problems and guiding them to the right products.

You will assemble and process prescriptions, promote pharmacy services, support patient service delivery, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures. You will also collect prescriptions from doctors' surgeries and bring them to the store.

We will support your development through accredited courses to become a qualified Medicine Counter Assistant within 6 months, progressing to a Dispensing Assistant role, advancing your career.

About You

You should be friendly, organized, detail-oriented, good with computers, and able to communicate well. You should enjoy problem-solving, helping people, and providing excellent healthcare customer service.
