- GPhC-registered pharmacist with post-registration experience.
- Clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of medicines laws and governance frameworks.
- Experience leading audits, investigations and quality improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and strategic direction for the pharmacy.
- Manage staff, rostering and workforce planning.
- Oversee KPIs, quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Lead on policies and SOPs for medicines handling and storage.
- Monitor incidents and drive RCA and improvements.
