Job summary

Qualifications

• Staff leadership and people development experience preferred but training provided
• Ability to coach and develop branch team to meet KPIs
• Experience leading a team in a retail pharmacy environment helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your branch team to ensure a safe, efficient and profitable branch focusing on KPIs.
• Effectively line manage your branch team.
• Branch planning to ensure coverage during opening hours.
• Coach and develop your team to deliver on company goals and targets.
• Identify training needs and schedule courses for staff.
• Manage team using company policies and procedures.
• Complete appraisals to identify strengths and development areas.
• Collaborate with Area Manager on staffing to meet business needs.
• Pharmacy experience not required; full training provided; leadership experience essential.
