Job summary

Weldricks Pharmacy in Doncaster invites applications for a Branch Manager at our Conisbrough Gardens Lane branch. This permanent role covers 31 hours per week with set shifts and an hourly rate of £13.72.

Training is provided, and you will develop and lead a branch team to deliver excellent customer service and profitable operations. You will work with Area Managers and Pharmacy Support to support company growth.

Qualifications

• Staff leadership and people development experience preferred but training provided
• Ability to coach and develop branch team to meet KPIs
• Experience leading a team in a retail pharmacy environment helpful but not required

THE COMPANY

Weldricks is a family-owned community pharmacy with over 60 stores and more than 600 dedicated employees in stores across South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and East Riding. We are expanding our team of trainee and pharmacy assistants across the region and are keen to hear from committed individuals who can bring something special to our team. We are looking for a branch manager to work in our Conisbrough Gardens Lane branch

This is a permanent contract working 31hours per week, Monday 9:00am to 15.00pm, Tuesday 9.00am to 17.30pm Wednesday 9.00am to 18.00pm, Friday 9:00am to 18:00pm with 30 minutesfor lunch each day.

Hourly rate £13.72

THE ROLE

Develop and manage your branch team to ensure a safe, efficient and profitable branch focusing on Kpi's. Work collaborating with other branches, Area Managers, Pharmacy Support supporting Company growth and success.

Effectively line manage your branch team.

Branch planning should be robust for management cover to span all opening hours where possible.

Coach and develop your team to deliver on the company goals and targets.

Team training needs are being identified and planned into the working week. Aim for colleagues to remain on track with training courses.

Manage your team using the company policies and procedures where necessary.

Complete appraisals thoroughly to ensure all colleagues know where their strengths lie and what their development area is.

Work with AM on staffing profile in branch to ensure it meets the needs of the business and the customers.

Pharmacy experience is not required as full training will be given, however experience with delivery Kpi's and leading a team would be essential.
