The general pharmacy department is looking to recruit a pharmacy assistant to perform general duties which will support the efficient running of the department. We are looking for an enthusiastic pharmacy assistant to join our highly motivated and focused teams. The successful candidate will receive the required training for the post. This will be a split role between RCHT and SMH (Hayle). The post holder will work from 8:30 AM to 5 PM four days of the week and 10:30 AM to 7 PM one day of the week.
The post holder would be expected to work towards a BTEC level 2 certificate in Principles and Practice for pharmacy support staff. Responsibilities include:
