Job summary

Day Lewis is hiring a Pharmacy Dispenser in Colchester, Essex. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break when the pharmacy is closed.

Progression toward Pharmacy Technician roles is encouraged with induction training and potential course studies. We are a fast-paced, expanding pharmacy business offering a clear development pathway and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail/pharmacy environment is beneficial.
• Willingness to undertake induction training and a pharmacy assistant course if required.
• Strong customer-facing communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacist in delivering high level customer service.
• Support the dispensary operations to ensure smooth day-to-day running.
• Greet and assist patients at the front counter.
• Develop relationships with patients and healthcare organisations.
• Work as part of a small, dedicated team.
