East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust EKUFT in Ashford is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Technical Officer (Band 2). This full-time, permanent role covers 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £25,272 per annum. The post holder will dispense for in-patients and outpatients and support pharmacy services.

No prior pharmacy experience is required as full in-house training will be provided; GCSEs including English and Maths and NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services (or evidence toward) are expected.

Competenze

• GCSEs including Maths and English at minimum
• NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or evidence meeting the Royal Pharmaceutical Society minimum competence
• No prior pharmacy experience required; in-house training provided

Mansioni

• Supply medications to service users across the Trust
• Dispense in-patient and outpatient prescriptions
• Assist in sale of pharmacy medicines
• Provide excellent customer service and act as role model to dispensary team
