Role Description

This is an exciting role involving engaging with customers to provide prescription counter services, advice, stock management, and supporting public health services while gaining a pharmacy qualification.

Qualifications and Skills

GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English are preferred but not essential; training can be provided. Applicants without these qualifications will need to complete initial Maths and English assessments.

Personal qualities include patience, non-judgemental attitude, and teamwork. Skills required are communication and organisation skills.

Training and Future Prospects

Training will include Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 and Functional Skills if needed. The role offers experience in retail, over-the-counter medicines, dispensing, stock ordering, customer advice, and minor ailments management.

Additional Details

Pay rate: £7.55 per hour.
