Job summary

Skills4Group in Oxenhope is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to support the busy community pharmacy team. You will learn on the job while earning a recognised qualification, starting with the Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship.

You will assist customers, handle prescriptions under supervision, manage stock, use pharmacy systems, and work as part of a friendly team to deliver safe and efficient service.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English desired but not essential as can be provided as part of the course.
• Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 (GCSE) and Functional Skills if required.
• No previous pharmacy experience required; full training is provided.

BD22 9JJ. We are looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to join a busy community pharmacy team. This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands‑on experience in a healthcare environment while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.

Future Prospects

This is an exciting role that will include engaging with customers and clients to provide prescription counter services, advice, housekeeping duties such as stock rotation and stock replenishment, helping to deliver a variety of public health services whilst gaining a pharmacy qualification.

About the role:

As a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice, you will support the day‑to‑day running of the pharmacy, helping customers and working closely with the pharmacy team to ensure safe and efficient service.
