Job summary

I & F Limited (T/A Skills4Group) in Swindon is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to join a busy community pharmacy team. You will support day-to-day running, engage with customers, and work toward a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship with full training and guidance provided.

You will complete the apprenticeship alongside your role, with duties including assisting customers, stock control, processing prescriptions under supervision, and delivering high standards of customer

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 or equivalent, in Maths and English desired but not essential as can be provided as part of the course.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers at the medicines counter and responding to queries
• Assisting with the preparation and supply of prescriptions (under supervision)
• Handling stock, deliveries and maintaining accurate records
• Using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality
• Working as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service
