Job summary

Day Lewis Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our busy team at South Cheriton. You will support pharmacists, welcome customers at the front counter and help ensure accurate dispensing under supervision.

This role requires an NVQ2 in pharmacy and dispensing experience. You will work with a friendly, community-focused team and have access to ongoing training and development within a growing family business.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 qualification in pharmacy is essential.
• Experience in dispensing preferred.
• Experience in NHS/community pharmacy environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacist in developing the pharmacy business by ensuring the dispensary delivers a superb level of customer service and operates effectively with regards to company policies and procedures.
• Assist on the front counter and be a great welcome and support to patients.
• You will be an integral part of a small, hard-working and compact team.
• Developing relationships with patients and healthcare organisations to ensure that we deliver the most effective and patient friendly customer service.
