Day Lewis is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Assistant - Dispenser. If successful, this role will support your development and future career in Medicine and Clinical Care.

The initial stage involves settling into our team and completing the Day Lewis Induction training. Depending on previous pharmacy experience, you may need to complete a pharmacy assistant course, which can take between 3-6 months.


Our vision is to develop the next generation of Pharmacy Technicians, supporting with courses, training, and reimbursement.


The National Pharmaceutical Association's new BTEC Level 3 Diploma - Principles and practices for Pharmacy Technicians is an integrated course tailored to learners and pharmacies, reflecting the growing responsibilities and recognition of pharmacy technicians.


Reporting directly to the Pharmacist Manager, your support at the Pharmacy Assistant level is vital for delivering advanced and enhanced services.


  • Assist the Pharmacist in developing the pharmacy business by ensuring excellent customer service and effective operation in line with company policies.
  • Assist on the front counter, welcoming and supporting patients.
  • Be an integral part of a small, dedicated team.
  • Develop relationships with patients and healthcare organizations to ensure effective, patient-friendly service.
